Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items purchased on SparesMojo.com may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 working days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
